2005 Silverado Z71 - after market remote start

I have a 05 Chev Silverado Z71 ........ has pretty much all options on it. No remote start which I miss. Anyone help me out with a good one or decent priced one that works? I think from my bit of research there is some security measures to get around or something. Any good recommendation would be great. Thanks all for the wealth of help on this site!

I've had a Clifford 1 mile remote on mine for 6 years now, been flawless. Mine came with factory remote but wasn't happy

with the range.

  Ha!! So GM Customer service, ive already been talking with someone on your email team and there is nothing they can do. So pretty consistent with everyone else’s experience- you can do NOTHING.. worthless emails. Sure glad i have 4 GM cars on our family cuz now its clear you dont care.. Sad and pathetic.
