Clarification on tow mirrors?

Hello everyone. I wanna say I'm new to the forum and that you guys have/provide great info. With that being said. I know this has been discussed a lot and I have looked through the topics and really tried to figure it out with no luck so this is a last resort. I have a 2015 Silverado 1500 crew cab LTZ and I'm looking to upgrade to the tow mirrors. What is the correct part number?? My current mirrors have all the goodies on them -RPO DL3. Can anyone tell me if 23241465 and 23241467 are correct? And if those are correct is the information I found on here about switching a couple wire locations (orange and yellow) in the mirror connector correct to make things work correctly? This would be an expensive mistake if I purchased the wrong ones. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Based off of this thread, the part numbers look correct for power fold mirrors for a gas truck

Mirrors 23241465 and 23241467 Harnesses 23171564 and 23171567

 

I replaced mine and it does not require any reprogramming. Check my post in January under my profile titled 2015 (LD 1500 series) ... I have not figured out how to hyperlink on my Kindle Fire.

Thank you for the help guys. GMCSierra4x4 thank you! I found your thread on this. Very helpfully information! How did you find out that you did need those wire harnesses? Seems like the options and features on the truck are the same options on those mirrors. Either way thank you very much. Now I can get to ordering parts. Thanks again.

GM-Guy tried it first and it worked. Part numbers confirmed off another forum member who removed his max trailering tow mirrors and replaced with DL3s on an LTZ.

Do you want the tow mirrors with all of the DL3 features? As in power fold, memory, etc? The part #s you have are correct. You will also need both front door harnesses for all lighting to work, should be 23171564 and 23171567. Being you are going for the DQS conversion, there should be no programming for anything to work.

Yeah those features would be nice since the truck came with them. Thank you for the info and the help. Looking for the best place to the parts as we speak.
