Green t-bars/ford keys and lift blocks questions

I have had my torsion bars cranked about an inch ever since I bought the truck new. After hauling some heavy loads in the bed, I noticed that the rear end was starting to sit lower than the front so I decided to put some 2” lift blocks in the rear to raise it back up about a year ago. But then it was higher than the front too much so I cranked on the bars some more and I believe they are almost, if not, maxed out. I have noticed that my truck still has a nose dive (about like a stock truck) but I would like to get it more level. What exactly would the ford keys or the green t-bars do for me? Would they allow me to crank more than 2” and still have tread left on the bolt? What exactly would I be replacing with either the ford keys or the green t-bars?

My next question is ever since I installed the lift blocks in the rear, the leaf spring on the very bottom (touching the block) always seems to turn, sometimes on both driver and passenger side, sometimes just on one side. I know I have the u-bolts torqued tight enough cuz my dad did it and he works for our local chevy dealership so I know he knew what he was doing and we always retighten the u-bolts to torque spec if we need to. Any thoughts on what could be causing this? We have thought about putting a bracket on there to hold the leaf springs in place.

The Ford keys and the green Chevy keys will allow for greater adjustment than your stock keys. I have a 1500 which uses the green chevy keys to begin with, so I installed the Ford keys (gave me an additional 2.5 inches of lift). Maybe one of the 2500 owners can attest to the additional lift provided by the green keys, but they appartently do the same thing for the 2500 as the Ford keys do for the 1500.
