Can't seen to find any help on this topic so thought I would try here. When I turn the car on and try to scroll through the driver information center using the buttons on the right of the steering wheel nothing happens. Then 3 minutes later the whole system flakes out into a continous loop of trying to connect ( either the radio goes on and off, or onstar continuously tries to connect, or bluetooth. This happens for about 3-5min, then it stops and everything works fine. The last The car has 27miles on, and has been owned for under 24/hours. Its super glitchy.

Could not find anything in the manual. Is this something other have experienced. Will have to take to dealer but was hoping to see if anyone had other guidance.

Thank you.

Every time I have purchased a new vehicle the dealership has always made sure I understood how everything worked before they would complete the delivery of the vehicle. Were it me, I would be back at the dealership asking them to show me how to use the feature correctly. Generally the sales people are very familiar with all the toys after about 2 months of sales and deliveries. Assuming dealers in the US are like the ones in Canada. The survey form we get here after taking delivery even has specific questions regarding this.

Turns out they have to replace the entire driver information center. They said GMC issued a notice on this, but it seems to be a rare case. Makes me nervous that this could be the first of who knows how many issues.

2016 truck is mostly a new model, there are always some quirks with new models/features. Given the volume of Yukon Denalis sold, I am not surprised it is a rare case. If they have a TSB on this issue, then it has happened enough times that GM created a document to help technicians.
