C0561, P1133, and P0306

Have had the P1133 code on and off for about a month, which is O2, they will be here this week. However, driving down the interstate earlier today the P0306 code (misfire #6), and C0561 (traction/stabililink fail) both came on at the exact same time. Basically the truck felt as if I rear ended someone. Was on cruise control and it just gunned it to compensate for the loss in power. I'm guessing at this point it has to do with a faulty spark plug, as well as the O2 sensor being shot.

 

My question is, since basically all of these codes showed their heads at precisely the same time, should I then focus my attention on the O2 sensors and misfire and hope the TCS fault resolves itself??? This happened to me long time ago when I was 4 wheeling and got sideways. That time lost TCS, stability, and ABS. This time however, ABS is intact.

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

Well, seems to be a rather expensive fix in store for her. It's down to the Eco mode, or a hung valve. Going into the shop Monday.
