Just pulled the 4l80E transmission out of my 2001 Chevy 2500-HD to change the flex plate and replace front pump seal. Installed the tranny back in to the truck with no problems. Topped it off with fluid, fired it up and went down the road. Everything worked great. Parked the truck and went to start it back up a few minutes later, wouldn't start. Turn the ignition switch to crank and nothing. Dash shift indicator shows that truck is in second gear. Hot wired truck under the hood and it starts and drives just fine. Which connection is holding me back? I know it has to be one of the electric plugs but I have no idea which one.

Update, I have replaced the neutral safety switch as well as both of the plugs connected to the switch. Truck will fire up just fine now. Only problem I have now is that the reverse lights won't come on!!
