LED Headlight retrofits

I have a 2002 2500HD and would like to do a LED headlight upgrade but it seams that none of the places that sell them know if the heat sink on the lamp base will fit between the reflector and the mounting frame on the headlight assembly. also none of them provide dimensions so how are you to try and figure it out your shelf. Also on mine the condenser line runs right behind the passenger side high beam. any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I just spent a few hours trying to install LED's (9005,9006) with the fans. I could not get them to fit, not enough space. Those LED's are very bright white lights. really wanted them to fit. I did use one set in the foglamp assys, really lights up the road. I have a 2006 2500HD.

I will try to find something work on 06 Sliverado, and update here when I find it.

plug and play led kits? if so, be very aware that they may glare oncoming traffic.. especially in halogen reflector housings
