Magnaflow 15318

Anybody have any long term experience with this kit?? Right now I have had mine for around 1 year and 9 months and something broke I am assuming inside of the muffler as it now sounds like a hallowed out tin can with marbles floating around inside of it. Every time I step into the throttle 1/2 way or more I get this sound that to me sounds like complete crap. I have contacted Magnaflow about this and as of 3 weeks later I have not gotten a single response about it. I had it on my 2014 and swapped it over to my 2016 and the sound remains. I wish I could get a video of this sound but my camera will not pick up the sound. I might try another camera or strap it to the frame to see if it can get it under the truck. Completely frustrating after spending close to 1000.00 on exhaust and it only lasts not even 2 years and the manufacturer doesn't seem to care.
