Driver Window seal being pulled into window frame

Hey Guys,

 

I am having an issue with the placement of the window seal at the top of the driver window. The seal is design to "lip out" to the edge of the metal frame. Mine is pulled in behind the steel frame. Dealer has replaced the seal but it has the same issue. Have any of you guys experienced this? it's the part of the seal on the outside of the window at the top of the door.

Back at the dealer. they are going to try another seal, as well as contact GM engineering
