OK. As most of you know I have a 1999 Tahoe LT and I bought a PA 3" body lift and Outlaw II's with 285/75-16 BFG All Terrain's. Well I got the tires mounted to the wheels. Brought them home and said ah what the heck. I put one on the front to see how bad they would rub. To my amazement. No rub. So I put all 4 on. And still no rub. I took it on a dirt road that has bumps and still no rub. I backed up a hill on an angle to articulate and still no rub. I never in a million years would have guessed that 285's would fit under that truck. I am so happy. Now I just can't wait to put the lift on. Make it bigger. Has anyone else ever done this? Oh the wheels are 5 1/2" back spacing and 16x8's

Mine would never rub unless I cranked the wheels all the way left or all the way right... Try cranking them wheels. If still not rubbing, sweet!

To rub at all. I am so Shocked. And I thought my suspension was starting to sag. I have new Rancho RS 5000's on the way. And the lift will come as soon as I get good weather on a weekend. But it looks nice now to. I will take pics this weekend.
