Rear end ratios

I'm in search of the correct rear ended gears for my 2000 S10 2x4 base pickup with a 2.2L auto tranny. The previous owner replace the rear end with the wrong one.(must be to large of gears truck won't stay in OD unless going down hill or with the wind at ur back) The sticker with the codes in the glove box has been ripped out so I can use that. The vin# is 1GCCS1453Y8198444. The auto salvage place said there's many option. Please help. Thanks.
