Let me start off by saying this forum has been extremely useful in researching these new trucks, from features to known issues, and seeing how I've always wanted a truck it was easy to pull the trigger and order one.

I placed my order the first or second week in June, and she arrived to the dealership Wednesday August 3rd.
I would've waited and ordered a 2017, but I need my truck before September for work stuff.

But, without further ado, this is my new baby, almost exactly what I wanted.
The only compromise is the 4WD on the floor, but I can't afford the $5k ish price hike just for the dial at this time.

I will be taking delivery at the end of the month, as soon as I close on my house, and then hopefully the modifications will be soon to follow, stick around!

 

 

 

With the 5.3 and 3.42s, she should be plenty enough to tow around my Fiero to the local tracks, plus whatever else I feel like moving.
