Pfft who needs fenders with 37inch tires.

In really depends what you are going for looks or functionality. Body lift does nothing but set your center of gravity higher really as you wont clear anything higher ~1 inch maybe because of tires.

 

You could look into one of the Long Travel suspension kits MRT was showing off but they are not cheap and will run as much as your lift did or more if it the stage 1 ProComp.
