'16 Double Cab Sill Trim Squeak

Have noticed a squeak from the front sill trim on both sides. Happens when pressure is applied to the trim (where you might step when entering/exiting the truck),,and is loud. After gently pulling the trim, I noticed the trim is attached to a plastic rail. Pressing on the rail duplicates the sound. Has anyone else experienced this?

 

Also dealing with the "water drip" sound on the roof when sitting in the sun, will save that for another post.

 

Love the truck otherwise, power is pretty great after owning a Gen III with heavy TM. The '16 runs hard, always looking for a reason to go somewhere.
