Sport bar "webbing" replacement

Anyone found a place that will customize the side metal on the sport bar? I found a local welding shop with a water jet and says he can do it, but I can't get him to commit or give a price.

 

I'm wanting him to fabricate a whole new piece with exact dimensions and color, just without the Sierra. I have a design that I want put in its place.

 

If this has been discussed, I can't find it in the search
