factory stero wireing help

have 95 z71 burb rear door speakers are non op even after changeing them i was told i should have factory amp is this true?

 

i know in door all wires pos and neg for speakers are white not very helpful. i was gonna add after market amp and just wire speakers in if i cant make them work

 

front doors and over rear barn doors work fine

Yup,look under the driver's seat,should be a small black box.The rear door speakers won't work unless that's connected & working.I had a hell of a time figuring this all out when I bought my Burb,the previous owner had it all f'd up.I also have a aux. amp & sub woofer.The amp is mounted to the seat frame of the rear passenger seat and has a space under it so it helps keep it cool.

 

I can take pics of it all if you'd like but not until Saturday.
