new stereo system recommendations

So I'm 99% sure my wife bought me a new stereo for my truck. This is the one she bought. http://www.kenwood.com/usa/car/excelon/kdc-x998/

So I purchased this sub box on Amazon.

So I need suggestions for an amp and quality front and rear speakers and a 10" sub.

I read somewhere that a small amp could fit under the center console? Maybe under the console where the cassette deck is? Anyway, never had a system before, so I'm a bit uneducated. My coworker and I have 1 10" behind the driver seat of our e-250 and that seems like plenty without being overkill. You think it will be pretty similar experience in my extended cab?

Well, I'm continuing to research and think I've settled on a JL 10W0v4 and a RockfordFozzgate R500XD1. Guess I'll have to go listen to some speakers for the doors. Suggestions?
