Will anyone paint my grille/bumper?

hey guys,

So i'm wanting to have the grille surround painted sonoma red to match my truck, the mesh on the grille painted black, and the lower chrome on the front bumper painted to match the truck as well. I've seen a whole thread on paint-matching bumpers/etc. but every place i've spoken to locally says "it's just not going to stick" and isn't interested in doing it....is there any vendors I can just purchase one painted from, or I can send mine to, to get painted? I'd greatly appreciate the help! Here is a photo of how my truck sits today, compared to where i want it to go...

Buy a aftermarket grill like RBP or T-Rex or something and have it painted. I'm a painter and to be honest, painting chrome will stick if you prep it right but those guys don't want to deal with you if it chips from road debris.

You can't just sand chrome, you have to 120grit it, etch/epoxy prime it and either throw a coat of primer before painting it. That grille is so full of nooks and crannies, it's a nightmare to do properly.... A nice after market one looks so much better.

I have a 2017 all terrain and just bought a RBP rx-3 led midnight grille that I will be painting white to matchy truck once it gets here next week.

any chance you'd be willing to sell your all terrain grille? I'd take it off your hands! thats the only other grille i like besides the denali style one. Also, does your post change if it's ABS that's been chrome coated? This is the cheap plastic grille from ebay that's been chrome coated, so it sands very easily. Honestly, i'd be fine with plasti-dipping the mesh, i've done it before and it's held up perfectly fine for me. i just want the outside of the grille to be painted to match.

You have to cut up the grille inner and the new grille is an insert. And no the cheap plastic stuff is the same prep if you want it to last with actual paint. I've done a hell of a lot of grilles at my work and have only had 2-3 come back to be done again. They can never guarantee the paint will stick. If you really want it done, sand the crap outta it and tell them you are willing to accept what it comes out like.

Never use a pressure washer on it.

Plasti dip is always an option but IMO always looked like crap.
