Mud flaps removal

Can you take the oem mud flaps off and then put them back on? My question specifically is about the self tapping screws. Can they be reinstalled without trouble? Anyone take off their flaps have any issues putting them back on?

Yup no issues at all. Done thousands by now that way lol

  On our 100 mile jaunt today regular was $3.83 in Rochelle and $4.68 rural. There was also a dollar difference in road diesel. I know where the OTR's are fueling.

  I would just buy some takeoff, for the most part any plastic will ware off and look like $$%$&. there are usually decent option in the $600 range, I took my time and scored a good set for $400 all in. Good Luck.
