HI I RECENTLY REPLACE DASH IN MY BLAZER AND NOW I HAVE NO GAUGE POWER OR INTERIOR LIGHTS POWER WINDOWS OR LOCKS NO SEAT POWER THE HEATER WILL STAY RUNNING WITH VEHICLE OFF I REPLACED HEATER BOX FROM 99 BLAZER ALONG WITH DASH FROM A 99 TO MY 2002. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED

Sounds like your body control module (BCM) is confused. Might have a wire or 2 not plugged in, or pinched - anything's possible.

 

If I remember right, it lives right under the middle dash towards the front of the center console. I'd check that area out first - make sure everything is plugged in, no wires are pinched, and no pins are bent in the plugs too.
