New here. Please help

Just bought an 08 regular cab silverado. I bought drop shackles to put on the rear. Took it to the shop to get them installed and someone already put some on it and they are set on the very top hole and very bottom hole. I'm trying to lower the rear. Does anybody know of another way I can lower the rear 2 inches to level it? Thanks for any help

some guy's removed the rear block - between the spring / frame . any good tire / alinement shop could help you.
