I've got about 12k on my Bilstein HD's and no complaints.

Try Edelbrocks. They are a little expensive, but the ride is worth it-both on and off.

If you can come up with the cash Koni shocks for trucks are great.

I second the Edelbrock's. I've got 14,000 on mine and they still ride great. I live a mile back a gravel lane with lots of pot holes. They handle them great, alot better than the stock shocks.
