2004 z71 high miles

I'm looking at a 2004 Silverado Z71 ls package it has 189000 it and they are asking 13980 it has had 3 previous owners kept good maintenance and they were all in nc and sc has leather would this be a good price for this truck?

am I missing something? it looks like $8,000 would be a fair price. not sure how they are justifying 6 grand over the blue book value.

so unless they are standing behind it with a waranty and they recently inspected and replaced any worn parts, I would laugh and walk away.
