Brakes locking up at low speeds?

This started last week, when I am at low RPM's my brake pedal goes almost rock hard. If this happens while turning the truck feels like the front brakes are locking on, even when coming off the pedal.

I can best discride the feeling, as if you had the fourwheel drive on and where trying to make a sharp turn on dry pavement.

The pedal feel is almost like I am losing my power brakes, but the front brakes locking up I cannot figure out.

I have taken it into the shop (non gym dealer) they could not find anything wrong. It is a 2014 all terrain with 54k on it. So it is out of warranty. Thats why I went the non dealer route first.

Has anyone had this happen or experienced anything similar?

have you found out why your truck is giving you this problem, mine is doing the same and I'm looking for the answer too .

Yes I have the same problem second time into the dealership still no fix or solution!!!  Do you have any or info as of now?
