Wheel, Tire, Body Lift combo question

Has anyone run 285/75/16 (or 305/70/16) tires, 16x8 wheels with 4.5 inch backspacing, and 3 inch body lift on a newer body style truck? Is so, were there any issues with rubbing anywhere?

I know the 4 inch Rancho Suspension lift recomends 4.5 inch backspacing (as opposed to the stock wheels 5.5) for clearances with the suspension componets and I don't believe anyone has any fitment issues with those size tires and the Rancho lift. So, I'm wondering if there will be any issues with the same wheel and tire size/backspacing combo, but with a 3 inch body lift instead of a suspension lift.

My guess is there will be no problems, but would like to hear from some that might have that combo. :)

I just got a 3" body on my Sierra and am fitted with 285's on 16x8 wheel. Cant remem the backspacing though. My Torison bars are cranked all the way. There is no rubbing but it is really close, but then again I have some pretty thick rubber mup flaps. I think you'll be OK. I was impressed by the difference in looks; 3" sounds like a little but looks like alot! :)
