I removed from my 2015 Sierra Denali HD a Lock'er Down console safe model LD 2040. It is in original new condition has a four number lock. You can check out the following url for fit and application

Are you able to reset/reprogram the 4 digit code?

Yes the safe will come with all zeros as the code. The included instructions will show you how to set the code to your preference and includes the tool you need to do it.
