Correct Blower Motor

Good morning to all,

 

I have a 2004 Silverado LT with AC, auto temp control, and the center console. I am in need of replacing the blower motor. However, determining the correct part number to buy has proven a challenge. I typically buy off of Amazon. Attached is a picture of the Bosch part label on the current motor. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Look in your glove box for RPO code C42, if you have that, then its ACDELCO 1581647

If you have RPO code CJ2 and NOT have RPO code D07, then its ACDELCO 1581646
