seat rattle

I have been chasing down and fixing rattles in my 2014 silverado. I have narrowed a noise down to the seat back on the passenger front seat. it only makes noise going over large bumps or hit the seat back from the left side. Its coming from the right side of the seat in the hinge area. I took of the plastic trim and all the bolts i can see are tight. I cant seem to find anyone who has this issue or solved it? It kind of makes a metallic clicking noise.

I used some sticky back felt to fix a problem with the plastic insert on the back from making noise.

Also when someone sits in the seat it doesnt make any noise.

 

It also starts making the noise if the tires are out of balance and the seat start to shimmy back and forth.

Rocking chair issue, there was a TSB for this I believe. The seat rail is the issue, I had it fixed/replaced under warranty.
