17 Silverado LTZ Bose w/ factory sub, install amp sound issues!

Ok so I have the 7 speaker Bose system with sub. Alpine 1200 wt amp, LC2i, 4 8" type r in ported box. My first issue was the active noise cancellation, clipped the violet/blue wire and that took care of the random humm bass noise.

 

Now my second issue is the system will be good, out of nowhere it's like a bass boost is turned on. I turn it down then it will return to normal sometimes immediately or might be a song or 2. Or vice versa it starts out good, bass is good, then bam lose half the bass?

 

Is this an LC2i adjustment or what? It's like the signal is wack. Tapped after Bose amp into sub wires. Also noticed taking a call yesterday sounds like it's only coming out of dash speakers and not the door like before?

The Bose system has its own amp. Is the one you installed interfering with it? Or did you remove the factory amp?
