Transmission Jolt/clunk

Hey everyone, new to the forum! A couple of months ago I bought a used 2014 Silverado LTZ that had 71k on the clock. Truck is in great shape and had a good Carfax history so I gave it a go. Anyways, about a few weeks ago the transmission started making a clunking noice when going from 2nd to 3rd gear. There's times when it pushes you back in the seat it's that harsh. I took it to the dealer and they said it was the throttle body, so they replaced it. The problem didn't go away and I don't know what it could be. The service report from when I brought it in saids that they also changed the tranny fluid, so that can't be it. I don't really know much about the mechanics of the truck. I talked to someone at work and they said it could be slipping. Yes, I know the truck has a lot of miles but this can't be normal. Anyone with the same problem or a solution? Thanks in advance!

see if they can put the latest greatest tune on it from chevy make them search the bulletins for your engine/trans. could also be the converter. But for the most part these trucks just have shitty tunes on the transmissions that cause them to shift all weird.
