Shudder/ vibration while coasting at low speed

I have a 2010 Silverado with the 5.3L Flex fuel with AFM and the 6 speed trans with manual shift option. While coasting at low speeds (coasting through the parking lot) there is a violent shake/ shudder/ vibration; only does it at low speeds when off the throttle. Can't figure out if it is AFM related, an internal trans problem, driveline problem, etc.
