Need Part Number, can't find it anywhere

Part number for base model 01 Silverado, with no console.

 

Does anyone know or know how to find the part number of the plastic plate right below the cigarette lighter (in a 2001-02 Silverado, and in a 99-00 it is where the fold down drink holders are, in 2001 they moved the drink holders to below the middle seat.)  Also, I need the part number of the drink holders -- in a 01-02 Silverado (the ones located right below the middle bench seat.)  Not the fold down holders in a 99-00.
