Help needed 1995 chevy cheyenne c1500 ext cab

truck ran fine then I had to replace the starter after that I have no wipers, shift indicator(PRND), Cig ltr/Acc, Heat/AC blower or brake lights. I have replaced the Ignition cable starter switch, checked all the fuses and relays, cleaned all the grounds and even added a few Body to motor, motor to frame, frame to body ! need help !!!! Oh the PU starts and runs fine !!

I was told by a friend to check the Fuse-able links !! I ask him where they were he said he didn't know My Q is where are they and how many are they also any thoughts on if the starter replacement had anything to do with my problems ?
