Tahoe/Suburban Illuminated Bow Tie

Does anyone have the instructions on installing the illuminated bow tie for a 15-18 Tahoe or Suburban? I've found the instructions for a Silverado but can't seem to find it for the SUV's.

I was able to locate the documentation. It is different from the Silverado instructions. I will see if I can post them to this thread.
