Just realized the second offer that I received has been modified ............" Can be transferred to other individuals in household. Not compatible with other offers. Bring Authorization Number and Pin to your Chevrolet, Buick, GMC or Cadillac dealer and take delivery by August 31, 2017".

 

Interestingly they no longer mention negotiating your best price. Also interested in their definition of "other offers", must be anything below MSRP, what a joke.

I went through this exact same thing last month when I bought my truck - agree that it's a slimy sales tactic to get you in there.
