Shifting after lift and tires?

Guys, drove it for 1st time.. Shifting kinda funny..

Does it take time to adapt to the Tires? 35s.

Could be in my head, could also be just the fact that there MT's and feel weird anyways (I have same tires on my lifted Jeep)

Not shifting hard, hard to explain... I would say just doesn't upshift smoothly, but again could just be the feeling from the tires.

Not planning on tuning or modifying calibrating.. I am willing to deal with the speedo being off, thats not a big deal to me.

Don't want to void my engine/trans warranty just to flash for 35 inch tires.

I've only driven 20-30 miles so far.

Placebo?

I think that's water under the bridge.

Engine and trans have nothing to do with suspension. Clearly that's gone. But that's OK I have a warranty for that with bds. Works out.. and confirmed it with my dealer.

Now back to topic..

Went for another drive after dinner. Drives way better. I think it's just the tires that's making me feel that way.. Well see in days to come.

I'm just saying it's silly to modify a vehicle and then attempt to cherry pick what portion of a manufacturers defect warranty still applies, but whatever...

Who's cherry picking man? That's how it works. Cleary my suspension under manufacturer warranty is in a box in my garage. So the warranty on that is up. What does my engine have to do with my suspension? I'm sure towing a boat causes more strain on the motor and Trans then a lift. And towing doesn't void your warranty.

I have confirmation Already my trucks power train is still in tact.. Now anything else regarding this pm me. Need to keep this on topic.

How is this riding a few weeks into it now? I am about to either put a 4.5" (33" tires) or 6" (35" tires) lift on my truck. I have read so much about having to regear if going with a 35" tire that I have been hesitant to go that route. I have seen more people saying that the regear isn't necessary. I don't ever tow anything, mainly want the clearance for navigating around the hunting lease.

Go with Bilstein Shocks, the ride will improve massively over stock or any other brand
