Worth upgrading radio unit ?

Right now I have stock radio unit and I believe it's a io3 no nav , no Bluetooth. just radio/ aux. What would I need to upgrade? I've seen some people get the i06 upgrade and Install it . But do I need to get a stock unit with a 8 "screen or could I go aftermarket like a Kenwood. Do I even need a io6 module ? Looking for ideas . I know it isn't cheap but am pretty interested.

Best aftermarket I've seen unless you're referring to upgrading to another stock unit?!?
