Help with codes (AC related)

Truck: 2014 Sierra All terrain.

 

Been having trouble with my AC for a couple weeks now. Works, dont work, works dont work and so on. I took it today and had a evac/vac then recharge done so I know its within spec. Once recharged the temp on low using a thermometer would never get below 60* so the mechanic ran a scan and found the following under HVAC controls:

 

B1325 Control Module Power Circuit

B0413 Main temperature control feedback circuit

U1509 LIN Bus 9

U0020 Low speed CAN Bus

 

Any of these cause an hot AC on certain days? If so what do I look for?
