Biggest tire on +18 offset?

Hey guys,

I just ordered a set of 18" Method Grid wheels in a +18 offset.

I'm currently running 275/70R18 BFG's on stock wheels.

Wondering what the biggest tire someone has put on these wheels (or any other +18 offset wheel) is.

I know someone ran some 295/70R18s on some of these but i've only heard of one person doing it successfully with no rubbing.

Any more running this?

Wondering if 305/65R18s might fit?

Let me know what y'all are running or have seen.

I'm currently on a 2" level but I'm looking into getting a 4" lift.

I am running 285/55/22's on my +18 wheels...there is slight rub on the felt liners and I had to trim the plastic on the GMC plastic fender pieces...I have a 3" level, and the tires rub on the sway bar slightly at full lock.

Nice, That's a pretty big tire.

Hopefully we can get some more confirmed success stories with large tires on this offset.

Hoping to be able to run some falken wildpeak AT3's in 305/65/18 but i am thinking they might rub.

Anyone on 305s and +18 wheels?

I'm all up for trimming the fender liner, just dont want to rub any metal.

I think i should be pushed out enough that i wont rub any metal based on the difference between stock offset and the +18, but not positive.

Well i ended up buying the 305/65/18s (34X12s) and they fit perfect with no rubbing or trimming, even at full lock. Haven't been offroad yet, but have flexed the suspension in driveways and such and still haven't rubbed.

Here are the 305s.
34x12s and they fit like a glove.
