Using the rear middle seat belt with a seat cover

I bought an Amazon Basics rear seat cover and while installing it I realized i wont be able to use the middle seat belt because it covers it up. It looks like i can unbolt the seat belt and rebolt it over top of the seat cover. This should work right? Thanks!
