Someday Plans

Somewhere down the road (a year maybe) I was going to start my search for a new tow pig.  I'm a stickler for the GMT-400 chassis and I was hoping to use a 1998, 1999 or 2000 GMC 3500.  Its going to be a dually and I haven't decided on an engine.  My question comes down to overloading the factory towing capacity.  I might be towing over 15,000 lbs and I am ready to give the truck whatever it needs to do this.  I was thinking boxing the frame, swapping the engine to a 24 valve 5.9 cummins and upgrading most of the other components.  Obvioulsty bigger brakes with a rear disc conversion.  It'll also get heavier duty springs and either a 4.10 or 4.56.  Any other suggestions?
