Tire size help

Hey all, new member here. I recently purchased a 2015 Crew Cab LT Z71. I installed a 2" Motofab front level and decided I didn't like the look, so I added 1" blocks in the rear. Now, it's time for tires. After reading countless reviews, I think I have decided on Falken Wildpeaks. I'm having trouble deciding between 285/65/18 and 275/70/18. I like the look/width of the 285s, but the price of the 275s better. Anyone have pics of these sizes (any brand tire) with a similar level on the stock 18" Z71 wheels? Possibly with a 1"/ 1 1/2" spacer with the 275s? Thanks. (And yes, I've searched.... just tired of reading through hundreds of threads).
