Hitch receiver swap

I just bought a 2013 Silverado and even tho it has the towing package, the receiver is missing... I also have a 2000 Chevy 2500 that does have a receiver... Will that receiver fit my new truck...? Thanx!

It should due to them being the same size, your newer truck will have a larger frame under it though. But honestly I would go with a new receiver, that way I could have a class V installed. since your truck can carry the weight I would upgrade to those receivers.

Thanx.....After seeing your reply I looked into them and discovered that they are not as expensive as I thought so I went ahead and bought a new one!  Thanx again....
