No horn blows when hit lock button

I have a 04 Sierra z71. I just got a new keyfob and programmed it and now when I hit the lock button the horn doesn’t blow. My buttons on my steering wheel do not work. Is there a way for me to get into my settings to change the setting on the horn without the steering wheel buttons??
