Torque specs on 2016 Sierra front and rear suspension

Sorry guys I know this has been asked but I can’t find a whole lot when I search this and there’s conflicting numbers I find.

 

I’m installing a RC 2.5 level on my 2016 Sierra all terrain SLT with CAST steel arms. I really want to have the right torque specs to avoid any issues and possible unwanted noises coming from my suspension. I checked my manual as well and no info of course, then rough country says in the directions “torque to factory specs” yeah thanks lol [emoji849]

 

Looking for ball joint, tie rod, sway bar, upper and lower strut bolts, u bolts and rear shock bolt torque specs.

 

I’d appreciate some help!
