What size tires on silverado with leveling kit & body lift

I have a 2016 Chevy Silverado with 2.5 inch leveling kit and 1.5 inch body lift.  I am also getting new wheels, so what offset? I would like the tires to be about flush, maybe stick out a little from fender. I was looking to go taller than a 33 inch tire.  I was looking at 295/60/20 NittoTrail Grappler or can I go bigger? I was thinking a new wheel with about a +14 offset. What do u guys think??
