Adding tow mirrors.

Ive been researching for a few days and I keep getting myself confused on a few things. 

 

   Ive been looking at upgrading to tow mirrors for my truck, and my truck already has mirrors that have power adjustment, and heat.      

 

   If i replace my mirrors with ones that have signal indicators on the mirror side, and the backside, will this work with just plug and play, or do I need to do some custom wiring ?    I know that custom wiring is required to have running lights on on the mirrors. Im just a little confused.
