After installing LED turn signal bulbs there is an issue

Hey everyone, I've been replacing all my bulbs with LED. The last ones to get replaced where the rear turn signals. I put them in, turned the headlights on and noticed the turn signal arrows in the cluster were illuminated solid. When I try to use the turn signals they do not flash nor do the four ways. I put the stock incandescent bulbs in and everything works as it should. I already bought and installed a replacement flasher that slows down the hyper Flash after her I changed the front signals to led a week ago. Is there anything I can do to use my LEDs?

Yes. I have answered this same questions a few times in this forum so I am going to leave you with the short and sweet answer.

Resistors - https://amzn.to/2GpAYEn

It is not doing the hyper Flash. The turn signal arrows in the cluster stay solid without turning the blinkers on. When you turn the blinkers on they don't do anything, they just stay lit up

Ahhhh! Ok. if they stay solid you more than likely have a turn signal flasher module fault. I am sorry for the delayed response. I have been on vacation with my family. the flasher module is located on the left side of the dash where the left fuse block is. It plugs right into the back of it. I will post a video on the repair.

Here is the part you would need.

Here is the video of the install.

I got it to work by putting the resistors in parallel with the signals.

My next issue is that the led lights in the cargo lamps wont be bright unless i touch the resistor leads to the terminals of the lamps.  My problem is finding a place to mount the resistors to metal where they can dissipate heat properly.  Any ideas?

What about attaching them to a little heat sink?

The resistors are inside the heatsink like the one pictures here.  You shouldnt use double sided tape to mount as that'll burn, so self tapper screws are what is called for.  My issue is i cant find anywhere to mount them.
