A couple of good movies

I rented "The Last Castle" and "Don't say a Word" this weekend.  I thought both were good so go ahead and rent them...

I just saw "We Were Soldiers" this weekend and it was a great movie.  I was impressed by the reality of it and war and the fact that is stuck pretty close to the true story of the event depicted.  It is definatly at the top of my favorites list, just below "Black Hawk Down".  But it does have the honour, along with "BHD" as being the only two movies to actually make me shed tears.  I was deeply touched by the movie, especially at the end.  I recommend it to anyone, but it is intense and graphic so if you have a light stomach it might not sit right with you, some parts even bothered me and usually this stuff doesn't.

I saw "The Last Castle" in theatres w/ some of my friends.  It's a cool movie, not your typical war movie, but very cool.

 

Another good movie that just came out on DVD is "The One" w/ Jet Li.  Very good action movie.
