High Beam Stuck On

Anybody every have a high beam shutter stick open? I noticed tonight while reinstalling my HID kit that the shutter doesn’t move on my passenger side headlight.

 

Going to go back to my halogens tomorrow see if it’s the issue persists but curious if anyone’s had a similar issue.

 

No high beam fuses, just one 10A 3 pin fuse for the headlights.

Getting power all the way to the motor plug inside the housing but no movement from the shutter motor....

Anyone having this issue?

Same issue headlight stuck in high beam. 
off of warranty

Did you ever figure out what was going on? I'm having this problem with my truck. Sometimes it fixes itself. And then will just pop back on randomly.
